Our Story

Kameel and Steel was born from a simple longing — the kind every South African abroad knows well. That craving for the smell of Kameeldoring wood on the fire, the sizzle of boerewors on the grid, and the warmth of gathering around a braai with good friends.

Living on Mannin, we missed the authentic braai experience — the local options were not the same. So we started importing proper braai wood and stainless steel braais from South Africa, plus the tongs, grids and spices that complete the setup.

Today we serve South Africans and fellow braaiers on Mannin. Delivery island-wide means a proper bring and braai is never out of reach.
