Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for products bought from the Kameel and Steel online shop, operated by Kameelandsteel.com, an unincorporated business based in the Isle of Man. It should be read with our Terms of Service. Payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

1. Your right to change your mind (consumers)

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you may cancel your order and return the goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us using our contact form and quote your order/receipt ID (issued by Paddle). After telling us, please return the goods within 14 days.

  • Goods should be returned unused and in a resaleable condition, with any original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.

2. Exceptions

Some goods are not eligible for the change-of-mind cancellation above, to the extent permitted by law, including: goods that are made to order or personalised for you; and sealed goods (such as certain spices or consumables) that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty (see section 3).

3. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, or you receive the wrong item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer law. Please contact us promptly via our contact form with your order ID and, where possible, photographs. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods we will cover the cost of return and of any replacement.

4. How refunds are made

Where a refund is due, it is processed by Paddle to your original payment method. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof that you have returned them, whichever is sooner. Refunds for change-of-mind returns cover the price of the goods and standard outbound delivery; they do not cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

5. Taxes

As Merchant of Record, Paddle calculates, collects, and remits applicable sales tax/VAT. Where a refund is granted, any tax charged is refunded in line with the applicable rules.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. The policy in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
